At the time of inspection, the following hazards were observed: Inside: *There was a puddle of water in the hallway floor outside the restroom (from a leak), causing a slipping hazard. Outside: *Several wooden fence slats were broken. *Several toys were broken & stacked up on patio. *Tree/bush limbs were at children's eye level. *Debris pile with boards, glass, & other items. *The shed was in disrepair & unlocked/accessible for children to enter.
