Chipping paint was observed on inside walls and the outdoor playground equipment A cracked area of plastic was observed above the slide on the big playground. A wheel was missing on the toddler playground equipment which caused a protruding piece of metal to be in the way of the play area. Tree roots were exposed on the toddler playground, which could be a tripping hazard.
