Supervision ensures each child?s safety, well-being, including physical proximity and auditory or visual awareness of each child?s on going activity
This standard was tasked over for this investigation and found to be deficient. Despite the zone leader(s) efforts, the child was able to exit the program and run away from the school during operating hours. By the time of the inspection for this investigation, the child had been suspended from the program and overall proper supervision was observed by the zone leader and site director. Each child was accounted for at all times, redirected over to the designated area at all times, and didn't exit the area without an adult.
