Diapering Procedures - Sanitizing Diaper Changing Area
Diapering procedures were not followed by a caregiver as the caregiver did not sanitize the diaper-changing surface after each use. This was corrected at inspection when TA was provided, and inspector demonstrated the correct manner to sanitize the diaper changing surface. The subsequent diaper changes were performed correctly.
