Safety - Play Materials and Equipment Safe

During time of inspection an outdoor slide was observed to have a crack that could possibly cause injury to a child. A tiny tike play equipment had a crack on the stair of the climbing structure where children could possibly get their foot caught in the crack of the step. This was corrected when the director removed the equipment from the play area. Pictures were taken.
