In three different incidents, the caregiver is observed to grab the child by their wrist, forearm and later by the upper arm. In another situation, the class is entering the operation from being outside and the same caregiver is observed carrying the same child and once inside, the caregiver drops the child a few inches off the floor and the child begins to cry.
