During inspection, during nap time, in the 2-3 year old classroom, a working, red colored centrifugal air mover/floor fan was observed placed over another electric fan unit without being properly mounted/anchored. The unit was within children's reach and presented a tip over hazard. A child was observed napping next to the unit. Photos taken.
