      Director's Absence - Caregiver in Charge Has Access to All Records

      During inspection there was a caregiver in ratio with children, she was unable to leave the classroom and get documents that were required during the inspection. This was corrected when two other caregivers arrived to the center and the person in charge was able to get me the documents.
