Maintenance of Building, Grounds and Equipment
The ceiling tiles in three classrooms were observed with water stains. The diaper changing table in the toddler room was not sturdy as it would easily wiggle which presents serious risk of falls. The outdoor area was observed with a cigarette butt, 2 nails, and a sharp metal object. There were animal (cat) feces in a house play structure. Note: Items were removed.
