      Outdoor area hazards observed with a red tire in play area to have still water, a fountain observed with bodies of water and accumulation of lime in water. Two water hoses in area not coiled up posses a tripping hazard. Protrusions observed with landscaping, observed pole sticking out of the ground with over 2 inches of exposure, observed nails sticking out of wooden blocked accessible to children. One septic tank obseved to have a wodden cover and block accesible to children.
