      Activities for Infants - Not in Restrictive Device for more than 15 Minutes

      An infant was sitting in a bouncer for approximately 24 minutes. It was noted that the infant was in the bouncer at 2:18pm and the inspector checked the infant room at 2:42pm and the child was still in the bouncer. This was corrected at inspection when the director spoke with the staff and taken out of the bouncer.
