      The backyard was observed and hazards were observed such metal poles, pilles of bricks, water hose not put away that posed a tripping hazard, dugged up holes, that could be a falling hazard including an in-ground cooking hole, a wading pool that could be accessed by children and there were dog feces throughout the yard. Outlets were not covered in the rooms or in the restroom that will be used by children.
