There is a slide structure that is peeling paint and is exposing a rusty area. The peeling area has also created a pinching area which can also cut a child's finger as the corner is very sharp. (NOTE: picture on file to show the sharp edge)

There is mountain climbing structure that child can also crawl under which has large washers to help hold the screws, however the washers on the end near the opening are large enough that a child's care can be caught and pulled out of the child's head. (NOTE: picture on file to show a several strands of the child's hair hanging on the washer where is was putlled)
