      There were multiple areas in the daycare that appeared to not have been cleaned for a while and piled up along the walls in the usage space for the children. There was visible dirt and debris on cabinets, floors, and restroom accessible to the children. The main front rooms that are being used that is regulated space, those areas are dirty and items were observed on the floor piled up.
