Sanitation of Building, Grounds and Equipment
The outdoor play area needs to be maintained and cleaned. There is a missing board on the outdoor fence in the backyard as well as toys that need to be cleaned. The back room was observed with dirt and debris. The indoor kitchen area had bins that needed to be removed. The living room area had chairs and other items that were stacked. One child was observed knocking the chairs over. The hall way had a "roller coaster" toy blocking the walk way. Toys at the operation as well as the first aid kit were observed with dust and dirt. A first aid bin also had a dead fly on the bottom of the bin. The transportation vehicle had trash, leaves, and pencil shavings in the cup holders and under the seats.
