Maintenance of Building, Grounds and Equipment
There were several ceiling tiles at the operation observed to have brown staining from possible water residue. The PreK classroom had multiple ceiling tiles/ lighting that appeared to be slowly detaching from the ceiling. The bathroom in the PreK classroom had chipped paint along floor trimming and bathroom cabinet, The playground fence had multiple loose boards or missing boards.
