      Safety Requirements for Active Play Equipment - Arranged for Supervision

      During the monitoring inspection trash was observed on the outdoor playground where children in care play. Bird feces was also observed on a slide children in care were utilizing during outdoor play time. There was also an entrapment hazard observed between two gates on the outdoor playground.
