Based on the investigation findings, this standard was reviewed and found to be in non-compliance. After reporting the first person who tested positive for COVID-19 on 07/30/2021, the operation did not continue to report the following two cases to Child Care Regulation. This occurred during a time of transition in management for the operation and appeared to have been an oversight.
