There was dust and water marks on the tiles in the classrooms. The outdoor play house had spider webs throughout the house. The outdoor trash-can had trash accessible to children. This was corrected at inspection by wiping down the house and dusting the ceilings of the operation. This was corrected at the operation by removing the trash from the trash can.
