      Nutrition and Food Service - Follow Meal Patterns

      Lunch was observed at the beginning of the inspection. Children were being served Ramen noodles and water. This was corrected at the end of the inspection after being prompted by the CCR inspector that Ramen noodles do not comply with CACFP guidelines. The provider began cooking a second meal of cabbage and sausage to serve the children in care.
