No Blocked or Locked Doors as Exits
The gate door that is used as an exit had lawn equipment and a water hose blocking the entrance/exit area. This can pose a risk to the safety of the children such as tripping hazards, and the children would not be able to evaluate safely during an emergency. The deficiency was corrected during the inspection when the provider removed the lawn equipment and water hose inaccessible to children.
