Responsibilities of Caregivers - Know how many children responsible for
When a group of children was split between two other groups, they had not yet been checked in. The children were haphazardly given to each other group and neither teacher knew how many they had been given until they counted after the fact. In addition, counting the number of total children given by the caregivers there were 75 children here today. But counting the sign in sheets there were only 71.

Director Responsibilities - Employees Supervised
A child who had food allergies and an epi pen was in a group run by a substitute. The substitute was unaware of any children in his group having allergies. The Director did not convey important information to the Site Director, which led to the second incident of inappropriate touching of a child.
