Upon arrival at the operation there was one caregiver with eight children in care. The caregiver was out of ratio by one child. This was corrected during the inspection when another caregiver arrived. During observation the primary caregiver went outside leaving nine children in the care of one caregiver. The caregiver was out of ratio by two children.

When performing a walk through hazardous items were found with in reach of the children such as a shovel and lysol wipes in the outside area where children go for outdoor play and dog waste in the backyard. There was also screwdrivers within the reach of children in an area children for quiet time.
