      A driver at the center failed to demonstrate good judgement when she did not make sure the children dropped off were under the supervision of a caregiver before leaving the center. A caregiver at the operation failed to demonstrate good judgement when she did not receive children at the lobby after learning they were about to arrive. She also demonstrated poor judgement when she did not verify which children had been dropped off after she saw some of them arrive in their classroom.
