This standard was reviewed on 5/6/2026 as a follow-up to a previous inspection and found deficient. A piece of wooden equipment was observed on the playground with broken wood posing as a potential splinter risk. A small piece of metal equipment on the playground with metal chains. It is not anchored in the ground and is not steady as well as has rusted chains and needs to be removed. A wooden tables stretcher that connects the table legs horizontally on one side of the table has broken making the table unsteady and needs repaired or to be removed from the playground.A standing outdoor sand box has collapsed and needs to be removed. Wooden item was observed on the ground on the playground with protruding screws and is posing as a riping hazard. The latch on the gate on the fence around the a/c unit on the playground is missing and need repaired.
