In the Jack-and-Jill restrooms between rooms 3 and 4, a small spray bottle labeled Fabuloso was found in one restroom. In the second restroom there was an unused floor lamp resting in the corner of the restroom and a container of moisture eliminator accessible to children. NOTE: This is a re-cite regarding hanging cords. The caregiver unplugged the devices and moved the cords during the inspection.
