Food Service and Preparation Requirement - Use Sanitary Holders
Two were not served dried snack in a sanitary manner but instead children were served on the bare surface and not in a sanitary holder, napkin, or plate. Serving children food on a bare surface may expose children to germs on a shared eating surface. The director corrected the deficiency during the inspection by serving children dried snacks on paper plates.

Maintenance of Building, Grounds and Equipment
This standard was found to be deficient as the operation playground/walk way area has a section where the surfacing needs to be repaired as it has an exposed concrete base block. That specific area also needs to be updated with surfacing that will prevent any potential risks or hazards to the children in care. The playground fence has a section where it has a large gap that has access to a restricted area. This gap on the fence needs to be repaired.
