Responsibilities of Caregivers - Know how many children responsible for
At the start of the inspection at 3:40 pm. the three caregivers present did not know how many children were in care. Nine of the children had been in care since 2:30 p.m. It is unknown if any children left with parents prior to their being acconted for. The violation was corrected when the staff were asked to have all children group t gether so that a name to face be done and the children divided and documeanted with their group leaders. A caregiver assigned to this location site stated they were were not aware that child in care having a food allergy which required emergency medications.
