      Maintenance Procedures for Active Play - Hazards Removed or Repaired

      A portion of the chain linked fence surrounding the outside play area has sharp edges of fencing mateiral that needs to be removed as this presents a safety hazard to children. Also, there is a gap between the bottom of the fence and the ground that needs to be repaired. Tree branches of various sizes were observed atop the roof of the building which could fall onto the play area where children are present.
