The infants in both infant rooms were sitting at the table. The infants were not strapped in the seat. This was corrected during the inspection when the caregivers strapped the infants in the seats.

The operation did not provide adequate lighting during naptime. When we arrived, we had to use a cell phone light to see in the rooms. We spoke with the teachers and director about using lamps and uncovering the windows to let light into the rooms.
