On the playground: The green slide is broken at the exit. The fence is broken in three spots. There are also nails/screws sticking out of the fence posts. There is a broken wooden rocken chair on the playground. There is a broken chair under the climbing structure.

During my walk through a pipe was observed sticking out of the wall in the infant room with a hole exposing sheet rock and inside the wall. In the school age room the paint is falling off of the ceiling.
