      Responsibilities of Caregivers- Supervision of Children

      It was found while conducting a walk through of the operation the caregivers left the room half of the children were napping in to wake up children in an adjcent napping room. Leaving the first nap room unsupervised. It was also observed that while the caregivers were outside assisting with snack, a child came back inside the building alone to wash their hands.
