      Employee Handwashing After Diapering a Child

      In one classroom, a caregiver did not wash their hands after changing one child's diaper. The caregiver changed gloves and did not wash their hands before changing the second child's diaper. This was discussed with the caregiver and the caregiver corrected it at inspection by washing her hands before changing gloves and diapering the next child.

      The loose-fill when measured during inspection was at one inch at the exit of the slide. This was corrected at inspection when additional loose-fill was raked and moved to the exit of the slide, when remeasured it was at six inches.
