Supervision ensures each child?s safety, well-being, including physical proximity and auditory or visual awareness of each child?s on going activity
It was confirmed that proper supervision was not maintained while children were using the restroom. Also, during inspection a child was observed to be left unattended in the cafeteria for approximately one minute.. There was another group in the cafeteria but they were not informed that the child was there.
