Based on the investigation findings, this standard was reviewed and found to be in non-compliance with The Minimum Standards for Child Care Centers. The operations playground fences required repairs. Riding toys were observed to have broken pieces, sharp chain link fence pieces protruded from the concrete right under the wooden fence. These hazards were observed to no longer be present on 05/21/2026.
