Responsibilities of Caregivers - Intervene to ensure each child's safety
Evidence obtained during the investigation shows that a child was left on the playground alone. While other staff were outside during this time, they were unaware that the child was there and did not have auditory or visual awareness of the child. This prevented the caregivers who were outside from being able to intervene if the need had arisen.
