      As I was completing the walkthrough of the operation, I was told by the director and her husband that their son was living in the home and they showed me his bedroom. I reviewed CLASS, and their son is not currently documented as having a completed background check. He was not present at the time of the inspection and the director stated they would run the checks that day.
